The Safari takes us South through the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara where the largest concentrations of game in Kenya is to be found. Then back North to the remote lake Bogoria and Baringo a bird watchers and naturalists paradise
0830 hrs: Depart from our Nairobi Ofce for a journey South along the oor of
the great Rift Valley. Lunch served en-route, then past Narok climb the western
wall entering Hemingway's country "Serengeti plain". Arrive late afternoon in
the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Game drive enroute. Dinner and overnight at
camp/lodge.
Full day spent in search of Elephant, Zebra, Wild beast, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion,
Cheetah, Leopard and other plains game.. All meals and overnight at the base
camp/lodge
Full day game viewing in the Mara with an optional nature walk or a visit to a
nearby Maasai village in between the meal breaks. Dinner and overnight at the
camp/lodge.
Morning spent viewing game at Lake Nakuru and in the afternoon proceed to
Lake Baringo. Those who prefer can organize a boat trip to view the many birds
which inhabit this lake at extra cost. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lode.
After breakfast proceeds on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolic birdlife
including amingoes The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of tr while rhino
while species like Cape buffalo arid waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline. Alter lunch
depart for Nairobi arriving in the evening.
