The Safari takes us South through the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara where the largest concentrations of game in Kenya is to be found. Then back North to the remote lake Nakuru and then to Samburu.
0830 hrs: Leave Nairobi for Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Picnic lunch en-route. On arrival
proceeds to the campsite/ lodge. After a short rest, proceed for a game drive in search of the
Black manned lions, Elephants, Leopards, Cheetah, Buffaloes and other plains game.
Return to the camp lodge for dinner and overnight.
Full day of game viewing - 0800 hrs 1830 hrs with lunch. Dinner and overnight at the camp
/hotel.
0630 hrs - 0930 hrs: Game drive in the Mara with an optional nature walk or a visit to a
nearby Maasai village in between the meal breaks. Dinner and overnight at the camp/hotel.
0630 hrs - 0930 hrs: Pre breakfast, game viewing. Leave for Nakuru National Park, game
drive and picnic lunch en-route, arriving in Nakuru late in the afternoon. Dinner and
overnight at the camp/ hotel.
0730hrs: Once in Nakuru, proceed to Nakuru National park for breakfast game drive known
for its huge concentration of amingoes. The park is rich in other bird life and a number of
wild animals. After breakfast leave for Samburu. Lunch enroute arriving late afternoon.
Dinner and overnight at the campsite/lodge.
06:30 hrs: After breakfast depart for an early morning game drive. Return to the camp/lodge
for lunch 16.00hrs. another game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.
Mt. Kenya/Nairobi 08:00 hrs: After breakfast leave Samburu for Nanyuki at the base of Mt
Kenya for picnic lunch. Drop off clients who want to stay behind toclimb Mt. Kenya. After
lunch, leave for Nairobi
